Referral Partner Program Terms & CONDITIONS

By participating in the Livestream Editors Partner Referral Program ("Program"), you ("Partner," "Referrer," or "You") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before generating or sharing your referral link.

The Program allows approved Partners to earn commissions by referring prospective clients ("Leads") to Livestream Editors ("Company," "We," "Us").

A referral is considered successful when a Lead:

1. Accesses our intake form via your unique Partner referral link ([https://tally.so/r/gDxEAJ?partner_id=YOUR_CODE](https://tally.so/r/gDxEAJ?partner_id=YOUR_CODE)).
2. Completes the intake submission and books a qualifying discovery call.
3. Becomes a paying client by executing a service contract and completing their initial payment.

• Registration: You must complete the official Partner Onboarding Form with accurate information.
• Custom Partner ID: Partner IDs are generated automatically or designated upon signup. You are responsible for ensuring your unique link is used correctly when sharing with prospects.
• Right to Reject: Livestream Editors reserves the right to decline or revoke Program membership at any time for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or brand misrepresentation.

• Cookie & URL Tracking: Referrals are tracked exclusively via the partner_id parameter attached to your unique referral link.
• Last-Touch Attribution: If a prospect receives links from multiple Partners, credit will be awarded to the Partner ID attached to the submission that leads directly to the booked call and converted contract.
• Un-tracked Leads: Livestream Editors is not responsible for uncredited referrals resulting from a prospect modifying or removing the partner_id parameter, using ad-blockers that disable tracking, or submitting an intake form through a direct, non-referral URL.

• Commission Structure: Partners earn a commission on the net revenue received by Livestream Editors for eligible services rendered to referred clients. (Specific commission rates, percentages, or flat fees will be specified in your partner portal or welcome documentation).
• Payout Timing: Referral payouts are processed within 30 days following the end of the calendar month in which the referred client’s payment has cleared.
• Payout Method: Payouts are processed manually. Once your commission is confirmed, we will reach out directly to collect your preferred payment details (e.g., PayPal, Wise, or Direct Bank Transfer).
• Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred client cancels, requests a refund, or issues a chargeback during their initial onboarding or trial period, the associated referral commission will be deducted or clawed back from future payouts.

• Sharing your referral link directly with business contacts, clients, or colleagues who need video/livestream editing services.
• Posting your link on your personal or company website, blog, social media channels, or email newsletters.

• Self-Referrals: You may not use your own referral link to purchase services for your own business or personal accounts.
• Spam & Misleading Claims: You must not engage in unsolicited bulk emailing (spam), misleading advertising, or aggressive sales tactics.
• Paid Ads / Brand Bidding: You may not run paid search or social ads targeting Livestream Editors’ trademarked terms (e.g., Google Ads targeting "Livestream Editors" or "Livestream Editors reviews").
• Misrepresentation: You may not frame yourself as an employee, official agent, or executive of Livestream Editors.

Livestream Editors reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the Referral Program (including commission structures, tracking mechanisms, and payout timelines) at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Partners via email. Continued participation in the Program following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
